Receta Callaloo Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb callaloo or possibly spinach
- 6 x boiled, sliced potatoes
- 6 x thin slices of cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise squeeze of lime juice
Direcciones
- Plunge callaloo into boiling water for 3 min. Drain and chop. Mix with cool sliced potatoes and thin slices of cheese. Dress with mayonnaise to that is added a squeeze of lime juice.
