Receta Campbell's Orange Dijon Chicken Saltimbocca

Ingredientes
- 4 x boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 x thin slices prosciutto
- 4 slc mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Dijon Soup
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh sage or possibly 1 teaspoon dry rubbed sage
- 1/2 c. liquid removed Mandarin orange segments
Direcciones
- CUT lengthwise pocket in each chicken breast. Stuff each with 1 slice prosciutto and 1 slice cheese.
- HEAT oil in skillet. Add in chicken and cook till browned.
- Add in soup, orange juice and sage. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. or possibly till done.
- Add in Mandarin orange segments. Heat through.
