Receta Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Ingredientes
- 3 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. rolled oats
Direcciones
- 1 Mix together 1 c. white sugar and 3 Tbsp. flour. Fold in the strawberries and rhubarb till well mixed. Place mix in a 9 x 13 inch baking or possibly casserole pan.
- 2 Mix together brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour, butter or possibly margarine and oats till crumbly. You may want to use a pastry blender for this. Crumble on top of rhubarb/strawberry mix.
- 3 Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven (190 degrees C) for 45 min.
