Receta Canadian Flapjacks

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 dsh Sea salt
- 1 1/2 c. Apple juice or possibly lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 x Pippin apple, grated
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except apple with mixer. Add in apple and mix by hand. Spoon into oiled fry pan, at medium heat. Turn when bubbles appear and harden. Brown other side. Serve immediately with your choice of topping. We like honey and maple syrup best.
- Serves 4.
