Receta Canadian Indian (Sioux) Fish Chowder

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 4 c. Cubed potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/8 Tbsp. Pepper
- 5 c. Raw fish, 3/4" cubes
- 1 quart Boiling water
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Half & half cream Parsley or possibly chives
Direcciones
- Add in potatoes, onions, salat and pepper to water. Cook about 10 minutes, till veg are soft, but not completely cooked. Add in fish and cook 10 minutes. Add in lowfat milk and light cream, stir and heat 15 minutes longer. Don't BOIL. Serve with parsley or possibly chives.
