Ingredientes

  • 1/2 tsp Packed saferon threads
  • 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Liquid removed capers plus
  • 1 tsp Caper liquid
  • 2 Tbsp. Mixed minced fresh herbs (such as thyme, oregano And parsley) or possibly 2 t dry
  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic

Direcciones

  1. Bring water and saffron to simmer in small saucepan. Remove from heat; let stand 10 min. Place mayonnaise in small bowl; whisk in saffron mix.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients; stir till blended. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs. (Can be made 3 days ahead. Keep chilled.)
