Receta Caper Saffron Mayonaise Bon Appetit

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 1/2 tsp Packed saferon threads
- 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Liquid removed capers plus
- 1 tsp Caper liquid
- 2 Tbsp. Mixed minced fresh herbs (such as thyme, oregano And parsley) or possibly 2 t dry
- 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
Direcciones
- Bring water and saffron to simmer in small saucepan. Remove from heat; let stand 10 min. Place mayonnaise in small bowl; whisk in saffron mix.
- Add in remaining ingredients; stir till blended. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs. (Can be made 3 days ahead. Keep chilled.)
