Receta Caramel Cookies
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Direcciones
- Blend butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Stir in egg and vanilla
- Combine flour, soda and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add to wet ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Scrape dough onto plastic wrap and roll into a log about 2 1/2 inch wide
- Completely wrap in plastic wrap
- Refrigerate overnight until firm
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- cut dough into 1/8 inch thick slices and place them on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
