Receta Caraway Spiced Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Small new potatoes, (675g)
- 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 1 ounce Butter, (25g)
- 1/2 tsp Schwartz Grnd Ginger
- 1 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules
- 1 tsp Schwartz Grnd Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Schwartz Grnd Coriander
- 4 tsp Schwartz Caraway Seeds Good healthy pinch Schwartz Cayenne Pepper Salt to taste Schwartz Coriander Leaf
Direcciones
- Boil the potatoes for about 10-15 min till cooked but still hard. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan. Fry the spices for 2-3 min. Saute/fry the potatoes in the spice mix for about 10 min till crisp. Season with salt, sprinkle with Coriander Leaf and serve warm or possibly cool.
