Receta Caribbean cream
Ingredientes
- 175 ml coconut yogurt
- 175 ml whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon coconut rum (Malibu)
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons dark cane sugar
Direcciones
- In a bowl mix together yogurt, cream and rum and whisk in heavy cream slightly. Banana chop and divide into 4 small bowls with 125 ml. The banana cream layer will load and surface smoothing. Each bowl sprinkle 1 ½ teaspoon sugar, wrap in foil and put in the refrigerator at night.
