  1. This famous fudge will make you a star. Do not skip the nuts with their crunchy touch.
  2. LINE 8-inch-square baking pan with foil.
  3. COMBINE sugar, evaporated lowfat milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 min. Remove from heat.
  4. STIR in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or possibly till marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared baking pan; chill for 2 hrs or possibly till hard. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pcs.
  5. FOR Lowfat milk CHOCOLATE FUDGE: Substitute 1 3/4 c. (11.5-oz package) Lowfat milk Chocolate Morsels for Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.
  6. FOR BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE: Substitute 1 2/3 c. (11-oz package) Butterscotch Flavored Morsels for Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.
  7. FOR MINT CHOCOLATE FUDGE: Substitute 1 1/2 c. (10-oz package) Mint-Chocolate Morsels for Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.
