Ingredientes
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x 15-ounce can stewed tomatoes
- 1 x 16-ounce can black beans
- 1 tsp Oregano leaves
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. Instant brown rice
Direcciones
- Stir onion in warm oil till tender (don't brown). Add in tomatoes, beans
- (include liquid from both), oregano, turmeric, and garlic pwdr. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and cover. Reduce heat to simmer for 5 min. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 min.
