- 4 c. Grated carrots
- 1 Tbsp. Fine barley
- 3/4 c. Grated apples
- 8 Tbsp. Butter or possibly fat
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Cover and cook over low heat 2 hrs, or possibly till the barley is soft. Watch carefully while cooking and add in more water if necessary.
