- 1 med carrot
- 1 x icicle radish, same size as carrot
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 dsh salt
Direcciones
- To cut the carrot and icicle radish into flower shapes, cut several lengthwise wedges out of each of these vegetables and slice them paper thin.
- Combine the water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Put the vegetables into the marinade for 1 hour before serving. Remove from the marinade and serve.
