- 1 T lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of salt
- 2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

- Blend cheese, lowfat milk, vanilla and salt. Gradually add in sugar, beating till frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency. If necessary, add in more lowfat milk one tbsp at a time.
