Receta "Our Chicken Nuggets"

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Boneless Chicken
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Tarragon
- 1/2 tsp Sage
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1 x Egg, Beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 30 x Ritz Crackers, Finely Crushed (NOTE: you can use ANY cracker crumbs)
Direcciones
- Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into 1 inch pcs.
- Combine the flour, parsley and seasonings thoroughly and put in a small ziploc bag. Add in chicken pcs, a few at a time to flour mix. Close bag and shake pcs to coat them.
- Combine lowfat milk and egg in a small bowl. Put crushed crackers in another bowl.
- Dip the flour coated pcs, 1/4 at a time, in the egg/lowfat milk mix and then roll them in the crackers. Place coated chicken pcs in a single layer on a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 - 12 min till pcs are no longer pink and the juice runs clear.
