Receta Carrot Jicama Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Carrots, shredded
- 2 c. Jicama, shredded
- 1/4 c. Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice, or possibly lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon, or possibly cilantro
Direcciones
- Combine carrots, jicama, and onion in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients, stirring well. Add in to carrot mix and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigeratebefore serving.
- Makes 6 servings each a little less than 3/4 c..
