Ingredientes
- 1 pound carrots, grated
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 sm. potato, grated
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 T baking pwdr
- Salt & pepper
- 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning
- 1 teaspoon M.S.G (opt.)
Direcciones
- To grated vegetables add in rest of ingredients and mix just sufficient to blend all. Cook on a lightly greased griddle. Serve with lowfat sour cream and capers. Serves 8.
