- 1 c. Couscous, Cooked
- 1 c. Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 c. Green Onions, Minced
- 1 c. Parsley, Minced
- 1 1/2 c. Garbanzo Beans, Cooked
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 c. Lemon Juice, Fresh
- 3 x Cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mint Flakes, Or possibly 3X Fresh
- 1 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients and serve cool.
- NOTES : Pretty mounded on a platter and garnished with fresh mint sprigs.
