  1. Heat margarine in Microwave. Add in cocoa and sugar and stir. Add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk. Microwave and stir to thick, smooth consistency. Remove from oven. Add in 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Heat oven to 350 F. In large mixer bowl, beat softened margarine and brown sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla and coffee pwdr. Beat well. In separate bowl, mix oats, flour, soda, salt and 1 c. of minced nuts. Gradually add in to butter mix, the last 1/4 by hand. Remove 2 c. of mix. Press rest into a 15 1/2x10 1/2" pan, ungreased. Top with chocolate filling. Sprinkle on rest of oat mix and top with last 1/2 c. nuts. Press down lightly. Bake at 350 F. for 25 min, or possibly till golden brown. Cold well before cutting into bars.
