Receta Cashew Chicken Chop Suey

Ingredientes
- 2 x Chicken breasts,boneless, c
- 1/2 c. Celery, thin sliced
- 1 x Onion, small, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger, fresh chopped
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 3 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 c. -Water
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. Bean sprouts, fresh
- 1 can Water chestnuts, 8 ounce, drai
- 1 can Bamboo shoots, liquid removed
- 1 c. Mushrooms, fresh sliced
- 1/2 c. Cashews

- Cook Time: :25Combine chicken, celery, onion, soy sauce, ginger and pepper in 2 quart casserole dish. Mix well. Cover. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 5-8 min or possibly until vegetables are tender and chicken is no longer pink, stirring twice.
- Blend cornstarch and water in 1 c. measuring c.. Add in to casserole dish.
- Stir in remaining ingredients (except cashews). To thicken, microwave uncovered at HIGH (100%) 15-19 min or possibly until mix is thickened and translucent/soft, stirring 2 or possibly 3 times. Serve over warm cooked rice. Sprinkle with cashews.
