Receta Cat's Head Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. buttermilk (or possibly yogurt and lowfat milk)
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening till it resembles coarse meal. Stir in lowfat milk. Knead lightly on lightly floured surface. Pinch off portions "about the size of a cat's head." Flatten lightly to make biscuit shape.Place on greased pan with biscuits almost touching. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. Makes about 8-10 large biscuits.
