  1. Rub extra virgin olive oil over the cedar plank and lay the salmon fillet over top.
  2. Chop onion, parsley, sage, lemon balm, thyme, basil and oregano. In a large bowl mix together with canola oil sea salt and pepper.
  3. Place the mix on the salmon fillet and cut lemon rinds on top of the herb mix. Wrap in plastic and chill until ready to barbeque.
  4. Barbeque on medium high for 12 to 15 min.
