  • 1 x cinnamon, stick
  • 3 whl cloves
  • 1/2 x inch fresh ginger
  • 3 x inch cardamom pod
  • 1 tsp anise, seeds or possibly 1/2 tsp grnd cardamom
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
