Ingredientes
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. black tea leaf or possibly 1 tea, bag
- 1 x cinnamon, stick
- 3 whl cloves
- 1/2 x inch fresh ginger
- 3 x inch cardamom pod
- 1 tsp anise, seeds or possibly 1/2 tsp grnd cardamom
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
Direcciones
- Put all the ingredients together in a pot.
- Bring to the boil, strain and serve - the longer you boil it, the stronger it tastes.
