Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. Minced sweet green pepper
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 2 can Chick peas -- 1 1/4 lbs Each
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Fresh coriander or possibly parsley
Direcciones
- Saute/fry curry pwdr, garlic and green pepper is oil. Add in chick peas and salt, stir, and heat through. Simmer for 5 min, and serve sprinkled with coriander or possibly parsley.
