Receta Channa Masala
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 cups onions, finely chopped
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
- 3 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped (including stems)
