Ingredientes
- 3 c. Sugar
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 c. Margarine
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 5 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Vanilla-butternut flavoring
Direcciones
- Cream sugar, shortening and margarine. Add in Large eggs, beat after each addition.
- Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased tube or possibly loaf pans and place in a cool oven. Set temperature to 350 F and bake for 1 hour and 45 min without opening oven door till time is done. Remove from pan immediately.
- Makes 2 loaves. If using glass pans, do not bake for quite as long.
