Receta Chargrilled Tuna Nicoise

Ingredientes
- 2 x Tuna steaks
- 2 sm Little gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 16 x Halved black olives in oil
- 3 x Shelled boiled mollet Large eggs
- 3 x Quartered plum tomatoes
- 1 x Finely minced red onion
- 6 x Roughly minced anchovy fillets
- 8 x Cooked new potatoes, halved
- 8 x Cooked French beans
- 1 Tbsp. Capers
- 3 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Mixed herbs, minced (rosemary fennel, oregano, flat parsley and basil)
- 2 x Garlic cloves, finely minced A big healthy pinch salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together and marinade the tuna steaks for 3-4 hrs. Once the tuna have been marinated, place on the barbecue and cook for 2 min each side.
- Salad; add in all the ingredients, minus the Large eggs, together in a large bowl. Add the remaining marinade and toss.
- Place the salad on a plate and arrange the Large eggs around the outside.
- Place the cooked tuna steaks on top of the salad and garnish with a sprinkling of minced flat parsley.
