- 1 x Zucchini, (brunoise)
- 1 x Yellow squash, (brunoise)
- 1 x Eggplant, (brunoise)
- 1 x Red and green pepper, (brunoise)
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 7 x Piecees asparagus, (up to 9)
- 1 sprg chive
Direcciones
- Saute/fry vegetables with ginger and garlic till crisp. Add in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Place ring mold in center of plate. Cut asparagus in half lengthwise and mold to the insides of ring mold. Add in Asian Ratatouille. Tie with chives.
- Yield: 1 serving
