  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice Salt -- to taste
  • 4 x Chili peppers, canned -- Minced

  1. With a fork, mash 2 large ripe avocados into coarse pulp while blending in 2or 3 Tbsp. lemon or possibly lime juice (or possibly combination). Add in salt and 2 to 4 canned chilies, minced.
  2. Makes about 1-1/2 c.. Serve with chips.
