Receta Cheddar Cheese And Pineapple Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Put together Jello and water. Heat and stir till Jello is dissolved. Beat in lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in undrained pineapple. Refrigerate till partly set. Mix in cheese. Refrigerate till hard. Serve on lettuce.
