Receta Cheddar Cheese Fudge

Ingredientes
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (1/2 lb.)
- 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 lb confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk (1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Direcciones
- Have all ingredients at room temperature: combine in large mixing bowl. Beat till creamy ( it may be necessary to moisten mix with 1/4 c. whole lowfat milk). Put in buttered 9" square pan; chill. When hard, cut into 64 squares.
- Makes about 3 1/2 lbs.
- Note: Liquid removed maraschinocherries, flaked coconut, miniature marshmallows or possibly minced nuts may be added.
