Ingredientes

- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 5 cups all purpose flour, plus more for kneading and dusting
- For the filling:
- 4 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 ½-inch chunks
- 4 ounces room temperature cream cheese
- 4 ounces grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Salt, to taste
- Cornmeal, for sprinkling
- Serving suggestions: brown butter, yellow onions sautéed in butter
