Receta Irish Cheese And Potato Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 med raw potatoes, sliced
- 2 c. sliced onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Combine lowfat milk and cheese and heat in heavy pan till cheese melts. Add in Worcestershire. In a greased 9" pie pan, place 1/2 of potatoes, sprinkle with 1/2 of onions, dot with butter, and repeat layers, using remaining ingredients. Pour cheese sauce over all, top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 for 45 min.
