Ingredientes
- 1 c. Plus 2 tb all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 c. Instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Vegetable shortening
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. White wine
- 1/2 tsp Dry oregano
- 1/4 c. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr, cream of tartar, salt, soda and dry lowfat milk. Cut in shortening till the mix resembles coarse meal. Add in sugar, chopped onion, egg, lowfat milk, wine and oregano. Mix thoroughly. Spread mix in greased 8 or possibly 9-inch round pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 F for 15-20 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
