Receta Cheese Filling For Pierogis

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Dry cottage cheese or possibly about 4 c. each
- 2 x Yolks, beaten
- 1 pch White pepper, grnd
- 2 lb Dry ricotta cheese
- 1 x Egg, beaten plus
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Using a grinder or possibly food processor, fitted with a metal blade, process cheese. Don't puree or possibly process too fine. In a large bowl, combine cheese, egg and egg yolks, salt and white pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Makes about 4 c., or possibly sufficient to fill 40 to 45 pierogies.
- Polish farmers make thier own cottage cheese from curdled lowfat milk
