Receta Cheese Latkes

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Cottage cheese, dry curd, or possibly farmer cheese
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Matzo meal, wheat bran, or possibly wheat germ
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar, optional
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Spray a non-stick griddle or possibly skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto warm griddle. Cook until browned on bottom; turn over and cook the other side.
- Serving Ideas : Serve with lowfat sour cream, jelly or possibly apple sauce.
- NOTES : To keep the fat and cholesterol down, you can substitute egg whites
- (2 for 1) for all or possibly part of the Large eggs.
