Bisquick Original, but this is my version to fit my family's needs.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Sargento 4 chz Mexican)
  • 1/2 cup Jiffy baking mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • (Optional) other chopped veggies such as: celery, olives, carrots, potatoes, etc.

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Butter 9"pie plate.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Add other veggies if using. Stir in salt.
  3. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  5. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
