  1. Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat till soft and smooth.
  2. Slowly add in the sugar and then beat in the lowfat sour cream followed by the double
  3. (heavy) cream. Add in the vanilla extract and lemon juice and mix till thick and smooth. Cover and refrigeratein the refrigerator for 2-3 hrs. Take the chilled mix and beat till creamy then transfer the complete mix into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
