Ingredientes
- 1 lrg , ripe cherimoya
- 1 lrg , ripe mango
- 1 c. Apple juice
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 pch Grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Refrigerateall ingredients for at least an hour before preparing. Peel and seed the mango and cut into pcs. Put the fruit, apple juice, lowfat milk, honey and cinnamon in a blender and puree. Pour into serving bowls, add in garnish of choice, and serve.
- Serves 4.
