Receta Cherry Burritos

Ingredientes
- 6 x flour tortillas (6-inch)
- 1 pkt sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding (4-serving) mix
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. cherries no sugar added (frzn fresh or possibly canned)
- 2 dsh red food coloring (2 to 3)
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F. In medium pan combine pudding mix, water & cherries. Cook over medium heat till thick. Add in red food coloring and almond extract. Mix well to combine. Remove from heat. Spray a large cooky sheet or possibly jelly roll pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Proportionately divide cherry filling and placed in center of each tortilla. Fold one edge over filling; roll tightly to opposite side. Place seam side down on cooky sheet.
- Spray top of each with the butter spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 10-12 mins. Quickly respray with butter spray after baking 5 mins. Remove from oven and dust with confectioners powdered sugar. Good served warm or possibly cool.
- Diabetic: 1 starch, 1/2 fruit
