  1. Combine cherries, almonds & 1/2 c. flour. Mix until well coated. Reserve.
  2. Combine remaining flour,baking pwdr and salt. Beat sugar & butter & flavorings till light and fluffy, add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gently stir in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk.
  3. Mix in reserved flour and fruit. Grease and flour a 12 c. bundt pan and pour mix in it. Bake in 300 F oven 55 min or possibly till cake is hard to touch.Cold in pan 10 minutes. then turn out cake onto wire rack to cold. Wrap in foil and put in cold place or possibly refrigerator for several days to ripen .
