Receta Cherry Cake (Beer Recipe)

Ingredientes
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Flour, sifted
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1 c. Beer
- 1 c. Maraschino cherries
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375. Beat Large eggs till thick and lemon colored. Gradually beat in sugar. Add in vanilla. Fold sifted flour, baking pwdr and salt into egg mix. Heat beer. Add in beer and melted butter at once to batter. Pour into greased cherry-lined tube or possibly molded pan. Bake at 375 for 30 min.
- Turn out on cake rack to cold. Prick top of cake and drizzle with 4 tbsp of hot beer.
