  • 3 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 x egg yolks
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1 1/2 c. cherries cooked and pitted Cream butter and sugar. Beat in the egg yolks.

Direcciones

  1. Sift together 3 times the flour, salt and baking pwdr.
  2. Add in flour alternately with the lowfat milk to the creamed mix, beating after each addition. Add in the vanilla. Beat egg whites stiff and mix in. Drain the cherries. Place them in a buttered spring-form cake pan. Pour the batter over them. Swish the batter with a fork to distribute cherries through the cake. Bake 35 to 40 min in a preheated 375:F. oven.
