Receta Cherry Cheesecake Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
- 1 x (8 oz) softened cream cheese
- 1 x (14 oz) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 x (21 oz) can cherry pie filling, chilled
- 1/2 c. reconstituted lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Method:1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add in condensed lowfat milk and mix thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- 2. Pour into crust. Refrigerate2 hrs. Top with cherry or possibly other pie filling before serving. Chill.
- Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
- This is the best cheesecake (pie) I've ever had.
