Receta Cherry Filled Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 2 T butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Mix lowfat sour cream with baking soda. Add in baking pwdr to flour. Add in lowfat sour cream mix and flour mix to the creamed butter and butter, alternating a bit of each at a time till it is all blended. Add in almond and vanilla flavorings.Pour 1/2 of the batter in a 9x13 inch greased pan. Spread cherry pie filling over the batter, then cover with remaining batter.
- Top with crumbs of: 2 T flour 2 T butter 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
