Receta Cherry Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Minced Pecans
- 8 x Vanilla Wafer Cookies Coarsely Crushed
- 1/2 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
- 20 ounce Cherry Pie Filling Reduced Calorie
- 32 ounce Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt

- Heat margarine in a small skillet over low heat; add in pecans, and cook 3 min or possibly till toasted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla wafers and cinnamon. Set aside. Spoon 2 Tbsp. pie filling into each of the 8 parfait glasses; top each with 1/4 c. yogurt and 1 1/2 tsp. crumb mix. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
