Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 can jalapeno relish (warm)
- 1/2 lg. jar (mild) picante sauce
- 1 can sliced potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 - 1 can refried beans (opt.)
- 1 med. onion, minced (opt.)
- 8-16 thin flour tortillas
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Brown beef with onions; drain. Mix with mashed potatoes and refried beans. Add in sauces. Cover and simmer 15 min. Wrap in tortilla shells as package directs. Add in cheese before wrapping. Can wrap burrito in plastic wrap and freeze. Take out of wrap to thaw. Thaw in microwave about 3 min on defrost.
