Ingredientes
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. grated orange peel
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 3 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Beat egg yolks till light and fluffy. Add in the oil, sugar, salt, cinnamon, orange peel, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well.
- Combine the flour, soda, baking pwdr and walnuts and add in to above mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
