Ingredientes
- 8 c. whole wheat bread cubed in 1" pcs
- 1 c. onions small diced
- 1 c. celery small diced
- 1 Tbsp. garlic chopped
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 2 c. nonfat chicken stock
- 1/2 c. roasted chestnuts minced
- 3 Tbsp. fresh sage minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley minced
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper freshly grnd
Direcciones
- Sweat the onions and celery in a sauce pan with 2 Tblsp. of chicken stock overmedium heat. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix till fully incorporated.
- Adjust seasoning if you like. Place in pan or possibly in a mold and bake at 350 degreesF., covered till heated. Approximately 20 min. Serve with our HealthierHoliday Jerk Roasted Turkey Breast.
